And yet another complaint against Dialcom. We have had the most complaints against Dialocm this year. Our advice is dont buy from them.

I purchased MI5 - ( XIAOMI MI5 4GB RAM 128GB B3 Black ), on 4th April 2017.
When I plugged in for 1st charge it started heating up. However the phone charged up. I used it for 1 week, still having heating issues. However on 16th April ( 12 days after purchase! ) suddenly the phone was completely black out, not charging , booting etc.

I asked the seller to look in to this however still without the phone as it has some short circuit issue. There is no courtesy even re-place my brand new defaulted phone with a new one. I spent 60, 000 LKR on this one.

Member Nisha: It's such a shame on how customers are misled by Dialcom ever so often. On their website they advertise an offer for the Nexus 6P for half the price and when you call to inquire they will say yes it is available at the Bambalapitiya store - and when you call Bambalapitiya store they confirmed that there is an offer. But when you want to purchase the unit and call for information the sales agents keep insisting that the right prices are in the table below. They will spend hours trying to convince you that the offer is for the 32GB device where as the advertisement says otherwise. What is worse is they are all convinced they are correct and will not take the initiative to say they will fix this error or bother understand what the customer is saying.
What impression do you get when you see this advertisement?

These buggers are fucking thieves..Yesterday I went to buy a Brand New Htc One ME phone and guess what.I was shocked when I saw some dirty fingerprint marks down the polythene seal..I told the guy straight to the face that this is a refurbished unit as I have friends who own phone shops.The guy later agreed saying yes that he also suspects that this is a refurbished unit.. Ultimately he kept silent and I didn't want ruin the situation where there were several customers and just came out of the store.

This is How 'dialcom' cheats customers by their website advertisement....
I checked the xiaomi redmi note 4x price in internet. I get the details from above link.
The first 4to say : Xiaomi redmi note 4x 64GB 4GB Ram = 18,900
2nd 4to say : Xiaomi redmi note 4x 16GB 4GB Ram = 18,900
And find the final price list 4to
The original price for Xiaomi redmi note 4x
64GB 4GB Ram = 25,900.
When we cantact to dialcom about the price, they said their website price is correct that product .
But we go to shop , they say the different price .
