Clarke ? perhaps what u meant to ask was why it's very rare to hear foreigners applying pr to live in sri lanka. there are multiple reasons. one is sri lanka wouldn't just let anyone in like germany or sweden. we are highly selective and it's highly unlikely a foreigner from some underdeveloped country would get selected to live here. it's only with people like clarke would sri lanka approve pr.
