That's great. For me hardware devices were not provided. But the pay was good. But no leaves except for weekend and christmas. If you take a leave you have some of your salary cutoff'd.

If the pay is high then 2,3 and 5 points would be fine. If you get salary in dollars you can open a RFC account and keep savings in dollars.
AFAIK you can get rid of income tax as well
