We need to vote for a candidate who can think far enough to see

- That you dont need to go to courts to pay for an expired license or insurance
- That courts will get even further clogged up with such minor offences.
- to make paying fines easier, without needing to go to the police or post office, thus reducing corruption - just like in developed countries.
- understands that our traffic police is corrupted useless and overstaffed with political cronies who are only good at switching off traffic lights and tooting their whistle's at peak traffic hours and making traffic even worse. (probably claiming OT too)

In short someone that can change the system so that no one has to split their brains when paying a simple fine

Police is overstaffed, poorly trained and knows public is unfairly fined - so they too will seek bribes.

I am wondering why they need a decision of judge when the offence and the penalty is clear. Moreover, we need a system to remind the people about expiration rather than trapping them like policemen under the bushes and trees. Manual controlling of a traffic is utter stupid thing.

Eg. Does any politician with large number of court cases to their own name want to increase the efficiency of courts?

hmm... In every law, they make sure to keep holes for them and the upper level of the society. Politicians do not take actions to clean the corruption in the Police. Because they are benefiting from them. Not only in the Police but also in several other government offices. If they have willingness somethings are very easier to fix.

Let's wait and see for a change.
