All the rest are irrelevant.
If possible, buy one with an IPS display.

no matter how good the processor is, if the display is shitty, your laptop is shitty.

most modern dual core and above processors can handle almost all the computing tasks of average user, so unless you're planning to run a nuclear power plant or something, buy a laptop with a core i3/ i5 (generation doesn't really matter) with a quality display.
