How many vehicles have u buy?

What's the validity of this letter? How do u know that he's putting his true signature?

I have done this many times. Nothing to worry.

Don't give cash, always deposit it in account. Thereafter bank will take care if there's a problem.

Eg 1: You want to buy a vehicle, you go and inspect the vehicle and pay an advance to seeler saying, you ll come next day to settle off the balance.
Next day you go with the balance, and found out that the seller had sold it to someone else, You scold him and ask you advance payment you paid previous day. Seller gives you (kindy) smile and ask "what advance?"

Eg 2: You want to buy a vehicle , you go and visit the vehicle and tell the seller that you are going to get a lease or loan for that and asks CR of the vehicle + signed transfer papers in order to get the lease. you also pay a small adavance. (Most sellers do not keep their copy of the transfer book). You go to RMV and transfer the vehicle to your name.2 days layer seller calls you to your mobile and what he only gets is "The number you dial is not in service".

I just pointed out 2 senarios which could happen, Rare cases but possible. why take risk and unnecessary extra work?

    1. Eg 1 - is not applicable for the question this guy is asking. Anyway never pay over 10K as an advance wn ur buying a vehicle :)

    2. Eg 2 - If ur going to get a lease u never pay the guy an advance and u don't do the transfer. Leasing company do it for u. If there's an issue company lawyers will take care about that. Ur not suppose to go to RMV and transfer wn the vehicle is going on a lease. The amount u have to pay in cash will only paid after the transfer is completed.

Have u ever lease a vehicle?

Dont just run away from the point, What i say is common scenarios which could happen. Even 10K is money.

    2. Eg 2 - If ur going to get a lease u never pay the guy an advance and u don't do the transfer. Leasing company do it for u. If there's an issue company lawyers will take care about that. Dude, get my point, i know Leasing company takes care all these matters, but what if someone pretends that he is going to get a lease and in real he doesnt do it, because not every lease compnay (almost all) comes and ask the documents from seller, it is buyers responsible (in almost all cases) to submit all the documents to leasing comapny. Such a scenario, seller can be easily cheated. Not everybody in this coutry are pros of selling or buying vehicles like you,

Have u ever lease a vehicle?

I have never, but i have sold vehilces on lease.
