I think sri lanka is a very rich country. No need of foreign currency. That is why CB restricts these things.LOL

If and when Sri Lankans can make profit from their investments and withdraw profit ($) back to Sri Lanka that's good.
But for now CB tries to limit dollar outflow by restricting such services.
I see your point though.

If you have a $ income, you should still be able to open up a PFC account. Ustocktrade works with Sampath Bank. So check with your branch manager.
