My observations –

1. Zemo was a unique villain because he was just an ordinary person. He had no special powers. Wasn’t even super rich. He was ready to die any time and had nothing to lose. (unlike in comics) This movie character represents common men who’re just forced to live under the will of these so called superheros and supervillains. This character made this movie unique.

2. Zeom had no plan. What he did was "වැල යන අතට මැස්ස ගැසීම". It worked because the others were just so full of themselves and never saw him coming. Also he had nothing to lose.

3. Captain suspected who killed Stark’s parents but chose to do nothing about it (to spare himself). What he did was wrong and he betrayed 2 friends.

A. Stark’s father – people who were responsible for his death were still alive (ex- the one Zemo killed) and they escaped punishment thanks to Captain. He should have made inquires regardless of who were involved.

B. Tony Stark

Still Captain’s fans are trying their best to paint him as a saint. He’s not. He truly does not deserve that shield which was made by his friend whom he betrayed.
