CAB 2 කරල 1year training එකකින් සාමනය පඩිය 15ක් 20ක් විතර job එකකට යන්න පුලුවන්. ගොඩක් අය S1 වලින් නවතිනව. මොකද S2 ලංකාවෙන්නම අවුරුද්දකට pass කරන්නෙ 100-200 ක් වගෙ ඒ කියන්නෙ exam ලියන අයගෙන් 2% ක් 5%ක් වගෙ. S2 කරොත් australia වගෙ රටවලට job එකටයි ජිවත් වෙන්නයි යන්න පුලුවන්. ලංකාවෙ S2 කරපු අය ගොඩක් ඉන්නෙ පිටරටවල් වල. දැනට S2 කරපු අය ඉන්නෙ 3000ක් වගෙ අඩු ගනක්.

පාස් රේට් එකක් නම් ගොඩක් අඩුයි නම් තමයි මචන්,Strategic 1 වල FRF Paper(Financial Reporting Framework)එක පාස් වෙන්නෙ 15% ක් හෝ ඊටත් අඩු ප්‍රතිශනයක් එක එග්සෑම් එකකදි.එහෙම අඩු කරලා තියෙන්නෙ Institute එකේ ඉන්න Qualified Chartered Accountants ලා ගේ Demand එක ගොඩක් ඉහල මට්ටමක තියන්න ඕන නිසා.සමහර Companies නම් CAB-2 පාස් වෙච්ච කෙනෙකුට 40,000/-කට කිට්‍ටු Salary එකක් දෙනවා.S-1 ගොඩ දාගෙන තියනවා නම් 60,000/-ක Salary එකකට ගේමක් නැතුව සෙට් වෙන්න පුලුවන්.
