did you sell it off? could've used it to do some troubleshooting
is it idling at 70s? that seems very high and 95 c is toasty
if you don't have a way to test it out in anyway, you might as well take it to nanotek to have them check it since it's under warranty.
just take the mobo and the processor to them and have it checked out
