My problems are not so tiny either

අම්මට සිරි. Management එක Conservative වෙන්නේ අයියේ ගල් වල සයිස් එක අනුව තමයි 0.5 mm වලට වඩා කුඩයි නම් fluid intake එක පොඩ්ඩක් වැඩි කරන්න කියලා බලනවා. නමුත් B/L තියෙන නිසා Pyelonephritis වගේ තියෙනම් Upper tract නිසා Urgent surgery එකකට යන්න වෙනවා. ගල් ලොකු නම් Percutaneous nephrolithotomy, Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy වගේ Close intervention එකක් කරන්න පුලුවන්. ඒවට එක එක indications තියෙනවා. නමුත් ගල් ගොඩක් ලොකුයි වගේ නම් Open surgery එකක් තමයි Pyelolithotomy, Nephrolithotomy වගේ. හොඳම දේ Dr.Nevil Perera චැනල් කරන එක.
