yep it's totally risky thing...coz elephants and other animals are there...why we are going there and disturbing there freedom...?
if suddenly you got accident nobody is there...

lame excuse mate.So we wont be disturbing them during pilgrimage period(season) but in off season.How about other sanctuaries?
If you don't know there are lot of nature lovers/travelers do and has done this.Im not the first i wont be the last.

about accidents ,yes i agree with ya but i like it,this doesn't mean we want accidents to happen.we must act discreetly. but whats fun without a little risk....

The Fishing Huts is a pair of beautiful log cabins situated on the edge of the Mooray Estate, Maskeliya, bordering the Peak Wilderness Sanctuary. Built by tea planters many years ago as a Trout fishing location, this wonderful place is one of the best hideouts in Sri Lanka for the adventurous nature lovers

btw how much did it cost for all of you for that lodge & how long u hv been there?

..ya machan...i did ma O/L at tha Dharmapala Vidyala and Did A/L at S' Thomas' Mt lavinia.....
And the Album owner is ma friend Chathuraka.....


We stayed for one night machan....For the Hut it cost about 6250.....

The Total Cost is around 12000.....
