    මචන් මමත් GYM යනවා. දැනට මාස 2ක් විතර ගියා. මම කෙට්ටු එක්කෙනෙක්. තවම සැලකිය යුතු වර්ධනයක් නැනේ මචන්. සාමාන්‍යයෙන් කොච්චර කල යනවද ඇග හැදෙන්න?

    uba karana schedule eka ube diet eka uda time eka vary wenawa machn, uba hariyata karanawa num 6 to 12 weeks walin ubata changes penawa :yes:

    ube goal 1ka uda calories gana theeranaya wenne :D

    gyus, this seems like an advanced workout. if u are new to bodybuilding pls start with a full body workout. don't go for fancy split workouts. they seem promising, but a full body workout will give u better results.

    and i wudnt recommend this workout even if you have been lifting for sometime.
    guys believe me most of those workouts do not suit Asians. our bodies (genes), eating patterns, blah blah blah are not same as the westerners. ((ado hitanna epa mama patta pandithayek kiyala:no::no:.. mama 3years wage weight lifting karanawa.. ithin poddak oka gena dannawa:D))

    balapan oke thiyena ewa kanna pulluwanda kiyala!!!!:P

    so the best is to start with a full body workout and once you feel you need a change go for a split workout. when you select the workout, listen to ur body and make it your self. include your favorite ones.:D:D:D

    machn muscle anatomy is same, it doesnt vary to races but i agree eating patterns are depends on the country where you live. As hes been lifting for some time he might know basic techniques, but as i said he has to strict his diet , i know its really hard to do in SL :yes: btw do you compete ? :D

    Yes. The anatomy is the same but the genes us what matters.. Do u ever think one of our builders can even compete in US?? I dont think so..

    No wayy machan im not competing. Just that exerciaing has become a habit.. Wbu??

    ඔන්න කෙට්ටු කට්ටියට මහත් වෙන්න ඕන කියල pm ටිකක් ඇවිල්ල තිබ්බ.... ඒ ගොල්ලොන්ට කන්න හොඳ ජාති තමයි මම මේ දාන හදන්නෙ....

    උදේ නැගිට්ට ගමන් හොද කිරි කෝප්පයක් බොන්න ඕන.... :rolleyes::rolleyes:

    1.breakfirst කඩල, මුං ඇට, කව්පි වගේ දාන්‍ය වර්ග කන්න ඇඟට පට්ට ෆිට් එකක් එනවා.... ( කන්න බෑ තමයි මොන කරන්නද මහත් වෙන්න ඕන නං කාපිය.:rofl::rofl: )

    2. lunch 1ta බත් මුට්ටියක් විතර කාපන් ....:angry::angry:

    gym එකට යන්න කලින් ආනමාලු ගෙඩි (ලෙල්ල ගහපුව හොඳේ:P:P:rofl:) 3ක් and රට ඉධි 25g වගේ එකට දල blend කරලා හොදට cool කරලා අරන් පලයන්... (රට ඉධි වලින් කොල්ලන්ගේ ජින්ජිබිරිස් එක ලොකු වෙනවා කියල උබලට අමුතුවෙන් කියන්න ඕන නැ නේ...:cool::cool:)

    3. හවසටනේ normally gym එකට යන්නෙ.. යන්න පැය 1/2 කලින් කඩෙන් කිරි බෝතලයක් අරන් බීපන්.... ( අහල පහල ඉන්න අක්කලාගෙන කිරි ඉල්ලන්න යන්න එපා හොඳේ:sorry::sorry::sorry:....)

    4.gym eken yanna kalin සෙල්ලන් කරලා ඉවර වෙලා හදාගෙන ආපු ආනමාලු juice එක ගහපන්.....

    5.රෑට කොස් තම්බල වගේ කනව නං බත් කනවට වඩා ඇඟට හොඳයි ....

    මේකේ තියෙන්නේ දේශීය supplemen හැබැයි මේවා පට්ටට වැඩ කරනවා.. කරලා බලල
    result එක කියන්න.....:yes::yes:

    P.S:-උඩ තියෙන අනමලු and රට ඉධි mixture එක තමාගේ ඇඟට මදි වගේ නං ratio එකට අනුව වැඩි කරලා හදාගන්න...

    තව දේවල් තියෙනවා තියෙනවා ඉස්සෙල්ල මේක කරලා බලහන්කො... :yes::yes:
