මම දැන් HNB එකේ එකවුන්ට් එක ක්ලෝස් කරා. ඊට පස්සේ ඒ සල්ලි ටිකත් අරං ගිහිං වෙන බැංකුවක එකවුන්ට් එකක් හදලා එකට දැම්මා.

මම ආයේ ඔය HNB එක පැත්ත පළාතක වත් යන්නේ නෑ. මගේ පඩි සල්ලි සේරම ආවේ HNB එකට. මම ඔෆිස් එකටත් ලියුමක් දුන්නා ආයේ HNB එකට සල්ලි යවන්න එපා කියලා.

මේ වගේ බලු බැංකු වලට ඔහොම තමයි කරන්න ඕනි.
මෙතන කවුදෝ HNB එකේ වැඩ කරන කෙනෙක් මට PM එවනවා. මට එයත් එක්ක කතාවක් නෑ. එයා ඉතිං දාහේ කොළ 30 කට 35 කට HNB එකේ වැඩ කරන කෙනෙක් වෙන්න ඇති. එතකොට ඉතිං කොහොමත් එකේ වැරදි පෙන්නේ නැහැනේ. මට එයාගෙන් අහන්න දෙයක් තියෙනවා, මොඅක්ද හැබැටම ඔහෙලගෙ පැතුම් විමන තෑගි වලින් මුල් තෑගී හැමදාම වගේ මුස්ලිම් අයටයි, දෙමල අයටයි ඇදෙන්නේ කියලා.

එයාට මම කියන්නේ කරුණාකර පැත්තක වෙලා ඉන්න කියලා. නැත්තං මම ඒ මැසේජ් ටිකත් එක්ක විස්තර ටික යවනවා ගොසිප් සයිට් එකකට. එතකොට තව තව කට්ටිය ඔහෙලගෙ බැංකුවෙන් අයින් වෙලා යයි.

ඔව්. ආණ්ඩුවේ බැංකු මිනිස්සුන්ගෙන් හුරලා ගන්න බලන්නේ නෑ. ඒවාට ඕනි මිනිස්සුත් දියුණු කරන ගමන් රට දියුණු කරන්න. ඒවගේ ප්‍රතිපත්තිත් එහෙමනි හැදිලා තියෙන්නේ. අවුල තියෙන්නේ දේශපාලන ඇගිලි ගැසීම තමයි මචං.

තාම අනිත් Bank වල internet banking හරහා other bank fund transfer & other bank standing order කියන පහසුකම් දෙන්නෙ නැති හින්ද ඒව්වට charge කරන එක සාදාරනයි.හැබැයි bill payment වලට අය කරන එක නම් බලු වැඩක්

Anual fee එක ගත්තොත් මචන් ඕක ඉස්සරහට හැම Bank එකකින්ම ගනියි.BOC හෙම මේ අවුරුද්දෙ(2013) ඉදන් debit card වලටත් Anual fee කියල rs 100 ක් කපල තියේ.උනුත් අනිව ඉන්ටර්නෙට් බෑන්කින් වලටත් කපයි මේ තියෙන තත්වෙ හැටියට

අන්තිමේ බැලුවහම හැම බැන්කුවක්ම එකයි බන් උන්ගෙ Coustermers ලයි වැඩ කරන උන්වයි දෙගොල්ලොම මරන්කාල උන් බිලියන ගනන් ලාබ උපයනව.ගොඩක් බැන්කු වල ඔය එක එක chargers ගත්තට අපි දන්නෙත් නෑ උන් Account එකෙන් කපා ගෙන

thank you for your feedback. if you really calculate how much we spend on time/ transport / effort you will note that you are spending much more than what is mentioned below as charges. if you revert to the normal banking from E banking you might note that you will add on to increased paper use (cutting of trees), increased fuel use (Global warming & CO2 increase) and many aspects we do not notice in terms of money.



then again the choice is up to you to decide if you want convenience or not. to provide you with convenience the bank has to invest on software and hardware and people. we have provided this facility for free for more than 10 years when other banks charged from their customers.



Bank has taken a decision to implementing these with the view of giving something thing better.
