( documents etc. ). මේක ගැන දන්නා අය interview එක pass උනාට පස්සේ ඉඳල අදාළ රටට යනකම් වැඩ ටික ගැන පොඩි අදහසක් දෙන්න පුළුවන් ද ?

The company will take care of your visa process. So just have to provide the documents.
Eg: Degree certificate, Passport copy etc (For Europe they might ask you to provide Foreign ministry legalised birth certificate, marriage certificate etc)

For Singapore this visa process might take 1 month (Maximum 2 months)
For Europe it can take 2 month to 3 months

The HR or the Recruiter should help you. But be careful not to fall for scams. if it is the HR of that company make sure you deal in emails (if they send emails, verify the domain of that email). Normally they are quite accommodating when it comes to this. So they will keep guiding you along the process.

If it is the recruiter you will have to look around to figure out the credibility of them. I have seen scams in mid east where they try to take your money and then vanish.

Pro tip: If the deal is too good to be true when it is coming from a middle man it is always good to be paranoid about it

First of all, ask him to send an email or a LinkedIn message thanking the recruiter and the interviewers for the opportunity given. In the latter part of the email/message ask him to reiterate how his knowledge, skills and value meet the job and the company. Lastly mention that you are looking forward for a response.

For Singapore, the company will handle the process. Company will request visa from the Ministry of Manpower for you. If visa is granted, you will receive a letter called IPA. Once you have it, you can use it as a temporary visa document and travel to Singapore.
