this is what I found
MCC is old US Aid addressing some of its defects
MR requested MCC in 2007
The process of MCC takes time as projects were all selected by Sri Lanka and US only approves
Three projects were earmarked
1. Ease the congestion in Colombo and suburbs- reduce pollution and fuel consumption
2. Reform in Land Registry and Land Bank and digitalization- land registry and records are too old(if any one bother to go to land registry will know the plight!!)
3. A highway to link Colombo to Tinco - this is one of our main highways in initial plan

We got USD 800 million GRAnT (not a loan) . The biggest ever Grant we got.
Did China, Russia or any other country gave such a GRant? No

So tell me which is wrong and why?
I have listened to JVP , Wimal, Dr. Padeniya etc on this and had also Read Commission Report headed by prof Gunaruwan appointed by GR which recommended not to sign it on silly grounds! you need to read it ! It is available in web!
could not find any fault in MCC. If there is any fault it is ours as the projects were 'home grown'

I did my own research to find the truth and entirely relied on internet to find truth from reliable sources. So if there is any person who has got any other inside information other than what is in public domain please share and I am open for any criticism. We should have a heathy debate than fake news spread by interested parties such as Wimal, AKD, Telvin, Dr. Padeniaya , Uday G,Vasu ...... etc who have vested interests and Do not Love the Country and always air HMV.
what we need at this hour is healthy debate which we lack
If not again we will fall to deep end!
