So Alexa rank must be built up! passion of hosting tracker elsewhere is started by piratebay. My site was a torrent indexer too. It fetches up seed,leech counts from other public trackers and when users download it the torrent file got injected some other useful public trackers to it. So downloads become faster in most cases. For ex- If some one posts torrent from piratebay there and when other users download it after reading description about 15 of other popular public trackers injected automatically to the torrent file. At that time that was unique concept and only implemented in my site. And it was worlds first site to be external torrent modded MYBB forum. And even today no MYBB boards got that functionality! 
those groups no doubt have their own trackers. But that doesnt necessarily mean that the tracker is on the exact same server as the website. If you cant figure out the difference between the two, you should stop arguing.huh huh haa! All of them got built in trackers. Ask from bacardi if you like

And do you got 100% knowledge in piracy? well im in the base but I ran torrents+warez site which got about 25000 visits a day. And I handled DMCA requests. So I definitely got more than 0% knowledge about that!
