HR interview එකකට එන්න කිව්වා
මේකෙනුත් තෝරලද බන් ගන්නේ
නැත්තං HR interview එන ඔක්කොම ගන්නවද
මට working experiences නැහැ
HR interview එකේදී අපිට expected salary එක කියන්න කියනවද
නැත්තම් ඒගොල්ලෝ ගානක් කියනවද
හදිස්සියෙන්වත් ඇහුවොත් කීයක් කියන්නද
සාමාන්යෙන් ASE එන ඔක්කොටම එක ගනක්ද දෙන්නේ
මටනම් ලොකු ගානක් ඉල්ලන්න බයයි
එක හින්දම interview එකෙන් කැපිලා යයි කියලා
ඔය වැඩ කරන අය interview එකේදී salary කීයක් ඉල්ලුවද
එකේම හම්බුනාද කියලා කියනවද
මම දන්නේ නැහැ HR interview එකේ මේවද අහන්නේ කියලා
මේවා නෙමෙයි නම් මොනවද බන් අහන්නේ
බම්ප් එකක් හරි ගෙන පලයන්

I don't know much about the Virtusa interview. Generally, they may not offer you the job if you screw it up. In other words, getting called for the HR interview doesn't mean you have got the job already.

Chances are high that they will ask the expected salary at the HR interview. So be prepared. Try to find the average salary they pay for associate software engineers before you go to the interview.

They will ask you questions like whether you have plans to migrate etc. Some HR questions are tricky. So, do your research.

yes I know machan. They also did not say that I am selected. I know I have to get through this one also. That is why I am trying to find out the average salary that they offer for an ASE. Anyway thanks for your advises
