අදහස හොඳයි මචං. ඒත් මේ මාස 4කට කලින් මම ගෙට එලියෙන් වෙනම පොඩි කාමරයක් ගැහුව බාත්රූම් එකක් එක්ක. වටේට පේව්මන්ට් එක අඩි 3ක් වෙන්ඩ දාලා (කබානා එකක් වගේ) කාමරේ ටයිල් නොකර සිමෙන්ට් පොලිෂ් කරල අඩුම ගානට තිබ්බ ටයිල් දාල බාත්රූම් එකයි හදල ටැප් ආදී සයලු දේ අඩුම ගානට දාලත් මචං මට 8.75ක් ගියා කියහංකො. වහලෙ ගැහුවෙත් නෑ බං අගල් 3 කොන්ක්‍රීට් කෙරුවෙ (වහලෙට යන ගානෙන් බාගයක් විතර තමා ගියෙ).
ඒක නිසා බාස්ල සෙට් කරගනිද්දි වවං කන්නෙ නැති හොඳ උන් ටිකක් සෙට් කරගනින්.

I think you are having whole lot of good ideas. i know those are good ideas. but they can kill you. just focus on a one idea/target, then work on it. you will get most of it. dont waste your energy/attention on toomuch things. its not a good thing.

It depends on each project. But in this case I suggest planning ahead to build extensions IS beneficial since you can't have extensions after finishing the house and then breaking sections.
I built my house leaving room for extensions/ additions and am glad now to have leased out sections to tenants.

I hope to do that machan...I am going to meet eng soon and express my requirements........ I dont want to break and build again.I had that experience...money killer
