There are two types of jobs. Regulated and unregulated. For regulated jobs (agrologist, engineer, doctor etc), you have to follow the procedure here to qualify to work in Canada. There are regulatory bodies where we have to register (licence to practice) and there is a procedure for that. This is common to anyone coming to Canada from any country. It is illegal to practice without getting licence. Regulations are very tough
