    "He would have turned the vehicle to the right."
    we can tell - He could have turned the vehicle to the right.or He should have turned the vehicle to the right.
    Can you elaborate the difference of these sentences.

    When you say could, it means the possibility for something to happen. Should comes in when there is a need to show some kind of a recommendation or an advice. :)
