you need to IELTS to get PR...they will take you in and after you finish the course you have to go through it...there is no other method

You are missing my point, which is: why would a person who is very well-off in Sri Lanka want to migrate to another country UNLESS there is a specific personal problem which could be addressed by migrating? (For example why do old pappas from developed countries migrate to Thailand?? )

If money can't buy life-style what can? Totally disagree with this statement.

Most of the Indians we see are rich in India, but they leave India and try to become residence in developed countries because with all the money in the world they can't get the lifestyle in inda. Go to Bombai its a shithole.

Do you think a family that can afford servants/drivers in India can lead that sort of a lifestyle in Australia/New-Zealand? NEVER

You can't just generalize cities like that? There are decent/posh neighborhoods in Bombay as well as shitty neighborhoods. Money decides what neighborhood you belong to.

Just like that In Sri Lanka with all the money in the world people can't have a good life style. When I was in Sri Lanka I always wanted to ride motorbikes. But fucking dumb laws restricted me of buying the bikes I wanted, even if I buy most of them are not road legal. So now I live in New Zealand, here I can ride a Harley no one gives a shit how I live my life.

Once again don't take it personally. You may have a personal reason for migrating which is riding motor cycles but my argument was that Sri Lanka is a decent country to live in if you've got your finances figured.
