haha uba hari wenna puluwan.. may be for Msc not for degree. when i came here IELTS(10 years back) was must and now to apply PR Msc is the bet root. they might changed the rules but when its comes to getting the PR, IELTS obstical is their. i dont mind who comes here or not.. but it should be the corret way.. people can say thounds of thing but the reality is harsh..and CSU is not a good uni at all.
