salary is depend on according to you, how you face the interview..

some Professional SEs goes and face good and request 50s..they are in..
some bad programers goes and face excellent and they request 150000s..they also in..

so its totally depend on your way of act in the interview..

In IT field dont care the company salary ranges..
If you have experience..You request what you need..(And see there other benefit..working hours..you also need your personal life..)
