මචන් උඹ පොඩ්ඩක් confuse වෙලා ඉන්නේ.

Canada තඩි රටක් හන්ද මෙහේ states වලට බෙදල run වෙන්නේ එක එක ආණ්ඩු වලින්. eg. Ontario, Alberta වගේ. State එක run කරන ආණ්ඩුවට කියන්නේ Provincial government කියල. මුලු රටටම (ලංකාවේ වගේ) එක ආණුඩුවකුත් තියෙනව. ඒක තමයි Federal government කියන්නේ.

උඹ visa apply කරහම ඒ visa එක දෙන්නේ රටට මිසක් province එකට නෙවෙයි නිසා ඒක කරන්නේ Federal ආණ්ඩුවෙන්. (ඉතින් තියෙන් එකම එක visa එක canadian visa).
Visa වර්ග කියන්නේ student visa, work visa වගේ.

PR application process එකකදිනන් උඹට Provincial විදිහට apply කරන්නත් පුලුවන් කෙලින්ම Federal නොයා. හේතුව උඹට Province එකෙන් points හම්බෙන්න හේතු තියෙනවනන් e.g. graduated in the province උඹට Provincial nominee විදිහට තව points සෙට් වෙනව. PR process එකකට visa කතාවේ අදාලතවයක් නැ.




Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot Program කියන්නේ නොදියුණු පළාත් දියුණු කරන්න, ඒ පළාත්වල community එක එක්ක කරන අලුත් program එකක්. මේකට Federal ද Provincial ද කියල කතාවක් අයිති වෙන්නැ. ඒගොල්ලෝ නොදියිණු පැති list එකක් දාලා තියෙනව. උඹ එයාලගේ requirements වලට ගැලපෙන කෙනෙක්නන්, ඒ පළාතට ඇවිල්ල ඉන්න කැමතිනන් ඔය program එකට apply කරන්න පුලුවන්. Apply කරල select වුනොත් මෙහෙට එන්න පුලුවන්. මෙහෙට ආවට පස්සේ එයාලා PR process එක පටන් ගන්නව.

මෙහෙ SE ජොබ්ස් නම් ගොඩක් තියෙනව. හැබැයි ජොබ් එක ලැබෙනවද නැද්ද depend වෙන්නේ,

1. තමන්ට තියෙන experience එක මත.
2. English skills මත (important)
3. ඉන්න Area එක අනුව ( සමහර තැන්වල competition එක අඩුයි )

මමත් SE කරන්නේ, React Native. මම ඉන්නේ නම් Edmonton.

Remotely ජොබ්ස් හොයන එක නම් ලේසි නැහැ.

machn kisideyak ehema lesi nae ithin.. Just think Canada is the 2nd largest country in the world. but we only have nearly 30Million people(Lanka has 25Mili) but if you try your best, yeah sure.
Student enawa nam you need to show funds of at least Rs.8 million in bank and spend more like Rs. 40,000 for visa processes. (hodata hoyala hariyata apply karoth u can come)
