I don't understand why lots of young people pay money to MIGRATION AGENTS to apply to migrate to Australia. Now days you can find out everything from INTERNET.

When I apply in 1988, there was nobody to ask, no internet, no websites, best of all, no any AGENTS. But unlike these days, Australian High Commission was open to all.

Every year AU government lay out it's plans for migration for next year. They publish the high demand jobs, qualifications etc etc. Government decide who can come in, and who cant.

Applicants have to have qualifications, experience and English knowledge and all the other requirements.
AGENTS CAN NOT CREATE THOSE QUALIFICATIONS.

Australian government either accept your application or reject it depending on each and every applicants qualifications and points scored.
AGENTS CAN NOT CHANGE AU GOVT. REQUIRMENTS OR POINTS.

If your application is rejected for some reason and if you feel like an appeal should lodge to reconsider your application, there is very slim chance for success.
BUT AGENTS MAY ASK YOU TO APPEAL, BECAUSE THEY CAN GET MORE MONEY.

At last, my advice is, use your brain, use OZ govt. websites, and find out yourself what's going on in there. Then you will understand whether you can apply successfully or not.
DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO AGENTS. THEY DO NOTHING.

Me too faced the same situation .I applied Skilled Assessment as a Mechanical Engineer, But they send me Im positive with Engineering Technologist.
Im have also gain 60 points already with 5 points from State sponsorship for 190 Visa. but my agent says to prioritize in the list I should gain at least 65,70.
I also tried IELTS 7 times already. each time 6.6.5,7 wage tamai hambenne, Each 7 ennema ne. mama PTE 1 parak kala. eketh Writing ,& Speking walata points adu una.
Do you think its is easier than IELTS?
    Keep it up this posts.

I am a Civil Engineer, I had the same experience in IELTS and PTE both,
For me, IELTS seems to be easy than PTE. I found its really difficult to manage time in PTE, specially in reading tasks.
