Here's how it breaks down: *What I'd build for you (the whole thing):* - A backend that receives WhatsApp and Messenger messages via webhooks, stores every customer and conversation in a database, and auto-replies using AI - A simple dashboard where you see all chats, customer info, and can jump in manually when the bot needs backup - Smart handoff: bot handles FAQs and routine stuff, flags you when a human should take over *What you'd need to do (the parts only you can):* - Set up a Meta developer account and connect your WhatsApp Business number through their Cloud API. It's free, but the verification clicks are yours. Same for your Facebook Page for Messenger. - One gotcha to know: WhatsApp only lets businesses send free-form messages within 24 hours of the customer's last message. Outside that window you must use pre-approved template messages. I'd build the CRM around that rule so you don't get blocked. - Hosting: needs to run 24/7 with a public URL for the webhooks. Your Oracle ARM instance works, or something like Railway/Render.
