    i would suggest to include some fat loss circuit workouts
    do a combination of them 90 minutes a day should be good
    but once you lose your desired weight, stop fat loss or else it will eat into you muscles..

    spinning,bosu,strenght circuit cardio can eat lot of fat in your body...follow a good eating habit...

    hey machanla i bought this nitrotech_hardcore pro series , does any one use this, how is it , what does this product target, does it help to loose fat also

    muscle tech products are bit over priced :yes: Nitro tech is their Whey protein product. theres nothing special with other whey protein,just whey isolate 20g per scoop thats it. Any way you can buy some Whey for cheaper price than this :D btw it doesn't have any effect for fat loss:no: it does the job what typical wheys do
