After the degree, how can we find a job ? I know we can get a j18 months job seeker visa. But German companies won't like to give us jobs because they are looking for native EU people. First they look for native Germans. And then they looks for some poor EU countries. Then other EU members. Then finally other migrants. that's their normal process. Right ?

And also about part time jobs, normally you can't earn like in Australia and US. Very low amounts. In Germany you can only earn between EUR 4 to EUR 7 per hour. And only work for 20 hours per week.

And also it's not possible to get PR after 2 years. You must work at least 5 years to be eligible for getting PR. My uncle is a professor in Germany and he got his PhD from Heidelberg University. He also want to work 5 years. So please don't lie. I have spent more than 6 months in Germany and it's not hard as you say. And how much you charge for this process ? As I know we can apply for a German university for free.

There are some conditions here. Your job has to be in the same field as your studies. You have sufficient knowledge of German (B1)

Blue card has less restrictions. You can bring your spouse and she/he doesn't need to pass any German competency. Plus blue card holders can go outside Germany for extended periods without losing the validity of your work permit. So it is always good to aim for a blue card.

To get a blue card your salary should be above a certain level (€53,600 as of 2019). If your job is in a highly shortage area (e.g scientists), then salary could be as low as €41000 and you will get the blue card.

    Hope this helps.

Also don't waste money by paying for consultants in applying for courses in Germany. Unlike many other countries, German systems are fairly straightforward. If you can read and understand English(or German) well that is more than enough to find out the process and apply.

Save your money and buy a good camera when you are in EU to capture some travel memories. 😁

    Machan,
To get this blue card, do we have to work there for some time or if we get a job then, can we directly get a blue card? Get a job means, if I apply for a job in Germany from Sri Lanka, pass the interviews (online) then if I get the offer, then what's the process of getting a blue card? Or is that blue card is a visa that I can get as a working visa? Currently researching about the opportunities in Germany, planning to actively apply for jobs next year machan.
