Wrong. This was an old thinking when inverter AC were very expensive.

You can solar your house for with a 2-3kv system and use the easy payment method of 5 years there was a company that offered a free Air con with each purchase even I was considering it you only have to pay 8K per month for 5 years and the solar unit and panels have a 25 year warranty

i guess its depends on what temparature setting u keep. if it set @16 celsius of course it will cost more. but 26 c is good enough.i feel cold enough.i no some people remove there old ac and installing this panasonic one from damro. there are inverter type cheaper ones too. like media less than 80000rs. but power consumption???

i got a panasonic btu 13000 from damro. i guess its the best known power saving so far. i turn it on night 11pm off 7am . inverter type. looks like it consume only 2 units per day with 26 celsius. ac cost 117000. with installation 125k.bset for power saving

same for me bro. but i use damro brand. non inverter. only 2 units.
