Com bank eke special rate ekak thiyenaawa Professionals category ekata (Doctors, Accountants, Lawyers, etc).
If you are in the IT industry you can fall in to this if you are a SE or BA.

Normal fixed rate for 10 years is 10.5% but under this special category you get 1% less than the regular rate.

I got it in the last month @ the rate of 9.5% for 10 years.
Loan amount 5.5 milion. (Joint ekak wife ekka gaththe)
