What I really meant was Rich client vs thin client. Back to the question now. If you have a client and have at least sort of a blurry initial view about the system you are about to develop, then only that decide the domain tech. If your client needs, say a, website for his customers then you should develop a web based system. If he needs sort of a inventory system for the internal mgt, then you may choose a rich client application, If he need the both said features, then you should implement both of them. It's totally up to you to decide what tech you use. But make sure that you can defend your chosen solution at the viva. yeah thanks
but i have several problems
1. is it standalone or e commerce
2. if is it e commerce web site could i defend it on the viva.
3. what is the web server should i use(ex-wamp,appserv,xamp)
4. what development method should i use?
5.could i develop within 6 months.
is there any of who did bit project could you gusy send your project documentation.
thanks

Since this is a one man project, it really doesn't matter.

1. It depends on client's requirement.
2. It depends on you
3. Wamp\xamps are not web servers
4. It depends on the projectSince this is a one man project, it really doesn't matter.
5. It depends on the scope of your project
