Wrong information is sharing on the post about CEB salaries

What is the source you got those salary details? 52000 salary for a driver means he has worked for CEB at least 28 years. Other details are totally incorrect.. Starting salary of a Meter reader is now Rs.36720 and annual increment is Rs. 390/- just think. Drivers and labours are less than that. I work for CEB and these are true details. Don't post about the subjects that you never know, or don't assume everything that share on pages is real. And don't begrudge others because these schemes are not made by employees but the HR and Account management. Unbelievable higher percentage is getting for engineers with all allowances.

Other than the professional allowance, almost all categories get most of these allowances based on the assignment. If you get a Technician in Generation his salary is more than normal office staff.

ඔය E scale කියන එක 2015 ජනාධිපතිවරණය අල්ලා දාපු හොර මගඩියක්. නැත්තං ඉංජිනේරුවෙක්ට මුලින් තිබ්බේ ඔය K4 කියන පඩිය. 2015 පඩි වැඩි වීමට කලිං ඒක එයාලා E4 කරගෙන ඒකට තමයි තව 30%ක් වැඩිකරගෙන තියෙන්නේ.ඒ කියන්නේ 64560/- ඉදන් 97920/-ක්. වැඩිවීම 51.67%ක්. අනික් මිනිස්සුන්ට 30%ක් වැඩි වෙද්දි තමයි මේ මගඩිය ගහලා 51%ක් වැඩි කරගත්තේ.

හරි වැඩි උනේ 51% විතරද? නෑ. මෙයාලට වැටුප වගේ දෙගුණයක් දීමනා තියෙනවා. වැටුපට ප්ර%තිශතයක් විදිහට.

Two positions have entirely different responsibilities. Technicians have to stay under the sun and dirt with their hand, that's their job description unless they obtain more education and move forward. They are doing what they are told to do. Engineers are decision markers and problem solvers. It doesn't matter if they work outside or inside a office they offer higher value to a organization. No one can compare both and say technician deserve more.

According to your retard logic labors in a private company should get a salary relative to the CEO since he comes under ඔපිස් වල තපින category.
