01) I bought through a personal importer mchn. one of my good friends.
02) Not from an auction bro. since the vehicle is new, auction vehicles are few and the auction prices are high. Thus bought from a dealer.
If you are placing a factory order you could buy a personalized vehicle for a less price. but you have to wait 2-3 months till the vehicle is coming out of the factory.
If you bought from an auction or a dealer within 2-3 weeks you can get the car to your hands. (depending on the shipment where some ships take 1.5 months and some take 2-3 weeks)
Since the LC is open for the name of permit holder you don't have to have a any kinda financial background. for most of the permit LCs bank is giving 0% margin as well. (i.e. you can open the LC with no cost and once the vehicle is shipped and after receiving the documents you can pay the full amount)
