ඒ මොන පකටද ? Railway station එකේ වෙලාව ගහල තියෙනවනේ. ඒ වෙලාවට එතෙන්ට පලයන්. schedule කරල තියෙන වෙලාවට තමයි එන්නෙ. ඇප් එකකින් කෝච්චිය තියෙන තැන බල බල අතේ ගහන්නද ?

I think Google can easily do this if they wanted to because of the location services and the number of higher users of google maps.
But i think they are holding back because of privacy reasons

They would need to acquire the train locations through the railway dept via a gps device. Don't think it would be reliable through crowd-sourced data like in live-traffic.
