Yeah but as transportation I was referring to the state of our Roads etc., keeping them in tip top condition is not a problem machang... if govt. call out a tender tomorrow for Highway maintenance 100 companies will give proposals! but if implemented paarawal hondata thiyei but can an average Sri Lankan afford to pay toll each time you use the road? Anyway I admit that there is a problem “What SL army will do after the war” There can be solutions. But what is the real solution.

most of SL guyes work 20hours a day in a minor employment in Ausi and say ."we are enjoying our life here"

Mate I have studied and worked in Sri Lanka for several years. Have worked in Semi government establishments and private institutions as well - So I know the situation (maybe somewhat better than you)

And I'm not being insane...

That's what I said...., in Sri Lanka you can live a good life, but only if you have good money

But my mind says to Live in Australia.

Why?

Heart: Sri Lanka is the place where you were born. Your friends/ family is there. And you get Koththu, Old Reserve, DCSL, Lion Larger there....

Mind: C'mon mate... You won't get all the things you get in here if you go to Sri Lanka! Most of all... will you get the stress free life and the peace of mind back @ SL? And you get what you pay for. People are not Selfish like in Sri Lanka. People value your ability whereas in Sri Lanka you have to kiss a politicians ass to go up. And you get better education for your kids. You don't need to worry or you don't have any fear about your girl/ wife coming home after 10pm alone. People don't try to harras your wife of daughters inside public transportation...

So I'm better off living in Australia Maybe after another 20 - 30 yrs, IF I have a saving of about $100,000,00 then I might think about going back and living in SL
