Nolan ගේ No CGI නම් නිකන් පම්පොරියක් වගේ නේ.
Trinity explosion එකට build up එක තිබ්බට විෂුවල් මදි. CGI වලින් ඔයිට වඩා හොදට කරන්න තිබ්බ. නොලන් CGI කරන්නේ නැ කියන්නේ හෙන බොරුවක් නේ. Interstellar එහෙම සැහෙන්න CGI නේ. sounds නම් සුපිරි. explosion sounds realistic විදියට තිබ්බ හොදම ෆිල්ම් එකක්.

සමහර තැන් නම් ෆලෝ කරන්න අමාරුයි සැහෙන්න අවදානෙන් ඉන්න ඕනේ. අන්තිම hearing එකේදී Rami actor ඇවිත් RDJ විරුද්දව කතා කරන්නේ ඇයි කියලා හිතාගන්න බැරි උනා.

මේකට නම් මාත් එකගයි. ෆුලි CGI නෙවේ, අඩුම තරමෙ සීන් එක තව enhance කරන්න CGI පාවිච්චි කරන්න තිබුණා. Nuclear explosion එකකට පස්සෙ අහසෙ එන purple hue එකත් තිබ්බෙ නෑ. Scientists ලා කීපදෙනෙක්ම ඔය අවුල ගැන කියලා තිබ්බා. Dunkirk වලත් ඔය අවුල තිබ්බා. Stukas ඇවිල්ලා port එකට බෝම්බ දාන වෙලේ වෙන සමහර explosions ග්‍රෙනේඩ් එකක් පිපිරුවම එන explosions වගේ නිකන්.

Nolan අනිත් movies වලට වඩා ටිකක් fast paced වගේ දැනුනා. Movie එක පැය 3 ක් උනත් extended director's cut එකක් release කරා නම් හොදයි කියල තමා හිතෙන්නෙ.

Score and Cinematography එක නම් සුපිරි! විශේශයෙන්ම Score එක. Oscar worthy score එකක්.

Trinity explosion එක නම් build up උන tension එකට සාපේක්ශව visuals ටිකක් අඩුයි නම් තමයි. මම අහල තියන විදිහට , initial explosion එකේ mushroom cloud එක 12km උසට විහිදුනා කියල. Trinity explosion එකට cgi use කරා නම් ඒ scene එක තව tense කරන්න තිබුනා කියල තමා හිතෙන්නෙ.

Overall a good movie. පැය 3 යනව දැනුනේ නැහැ. මට නම් movie එක තව දිග උනා නම් තවත් හොදයි කියල හිතෙනව. Can give Oppenheimer a solid 8.5 out of 10.

p.s - අන්තිම ending scene එකට ටිකක් ඇඬුනත් වගේ......

They were worried about the chain reaction from atom bomb fusing the Hydrogen in atmosphere, which will end up igniting the entire atmosphere. At the end they finally realize that they have started a different kind of chain reaction leading humanity to create more and more destructive weapons. Oppenheimer realizes that the Nuclear arms race is inevitable, That he indeed became the death and the destroyer of the world.

My impression.. This is a good movie. But not Nolan's best.

I too felt that the Trinity Explosion was a let down visual wise. They could've enhanced/improved the same real explosion with CGI. Nothing wrong with it.

The score is superb. One of the highlights for me. Fantastic score

I don't think this movie is an essential theatre watch. Nothing lost in watching this later in your HD TV.

Enjoyed the story. And the acting was superb. Thousand words were portrayed through emotions alone. Lots of closeups..

Openheimer falls 6th best of Nolan's for me

My impression.. This is a good movie. But not Nolan's best.

I too felt that the Trinity Explosion was a let down visual wise. They could've enhanced/improved the same real explosion with CGI. Nothing wrong with it.

The score is superb. One of the highlights for me. Fantastic score

I don't think this movie is an essential theatre watch. Nothing lost in watching this later in your HD TV.

Yes, I agree. I agree that Oppenheimer isn't Nolan's finest work, however I believe this movie addresses a major threat the whole world is facing right now.

The nuclear arms race is inevitable and it only takes one single spark, a one single notorious decision by a country to not only put the entire human race but the whole planet we live in at risk. This threat has been flying somewhat under the radar since the end of cold war. But now again the tensions are rising since Russia invaded Ukraine, and this movie is a harsh reminder how much of a destructive power we humans have achieved.

අද ඉරිදා පීක් දවස වෙලත් 40ක් විතර තමයි සෙනඟ හිටියෙ. ඒ අතරින් ගොඩක් එවුන් ෆෝන් ඔබ ඔබ හිටියා මිසක් ෆිල්ම් එක බැලුවෙ නැති බව තේරුනා. මට බෝඉරින්ග් නිසා වට පිට බැලුවා. අනික ගොඩක් ප්‍රතිචාරයක් තිබ්බෙත් නෑ.

ආයෙ ප්ලොට් එක කියවලා හිතලා බලනවා.

Nope ... reality is better in this instance..

I compared the actual footage with Nolan's one. Actual footage is much better & much more impressive & scary.. it actually looks like a mini nuclear explosion

මම මේ ෆිල්ම් එකේ ඉම්ප්‍රෙස් උනේ සවුන්ඩ්ස් වලටයි කලර් පැලට්ස් වලටයි.

මම DOLBY ATMOS හෝල් එකක නෙමේ බැලුවෙ. ඒත් මියුසික්, සවුන්ඩ් ඉෆෙක්ට්ස් දැනෙන්න තිබුන.
කලර් පැලට්ස් ගැන කිව්වොත් සීන් බයි සීන් කලර් පැලට්ස් චේන්ජ් වෙන එක නම් මාර ස්මූත්. විශේශයෙන්ම හියරින් සීන් වලදි වලදි 9.0/10 දෙනව මම ඒකට.

අනික තමයි Robert Downey Jr ගෙ ඇක්ටින්ග් නියමට තිබුන Cillian Murphy ටත් වඩා.
