    I have used major Linux distros more than ten years and love them a lot, but Linux is still in the kindergarten when compared with Mac OS X majave. Linux has to improve a lot. For a programmer the best OS is Mac if you consider about the productivity and the performance :no::no::no:

    Mac is not that superior as you think :rofl: it depends on your level ofexperience on linux..

    I used ubuntu fulltime for sw development since 2014..this year i moved to mac..theres no much difference except for the nice ui :P ubuntu has a lot of features which mac doesnt have..or at least u need to install a third party software to get them.in mac :baffled:

    Ubuntu has a few ui issues and some minor issues here and there..easier to fuck up if u dont know whatu doing..but overall, ubuntu is a good choice..
